We can supply almost any buckle syle, from corporate logo to western rodeo, and everything in between Please note that we stock no inventory of these special designer buckles in our Buckles Gallery but manufacture to order, either from our Buckles Gallery designs or from your design. Are you a Belt Buckle Designer? WE CAN PRODUCE VIRTUALLY ANY DESIGN BUCKLE YOU CAN IMAGINE . . . Concept Study, Design Transfer, Mold Sculpting, Forging, Detailing, Enameling and or Finish Plating can take typically 14 days and up, depending on shop time available . Charges for a new design prototype start at US$240 for simple design and are higher for more elaborate work. We will be happy to prepare a quote based upon your sketch and specification. IN ADDITION TO MOST STANDARD BUCKLES, HERE ARE SOME SPECIAL DESIGNS OUR DESIGNERS HAVE FABRICATED IN THE PAST. WHEN ASKING ABOUT A SPECIFIC BUCKLE FROM OUR GALLERY, PLEASE INCLUDE THE SECTION NUMBER WITH THE BUCKLE NUMBER. MINIMUM QUANTITY IS USUALLY 200 PIECES.

Got an idea for a great Buckle?
Our Belt Buckle fabrication facilities can fabricate and tool just about any shape you can imagine and apply artwork in many different media.
How it works: You supply the workable design/art work/sample.
Our fabricator transforms your design into a production ready mold and we produce a finished Prototype for your approval.
US$240 is the price for most one-part buckle designs, subject to our acceptance. An unusually elaborate buckle or one with gem stones or other costly ornamentation would be assesed per design.
Mass production prices will vary according to your design, but would typically retail for up to 10 times our estimated manufactured cost to you.
Total time required till your finished buckles are ready to ship, typically 35 days from the time we approve your artwork and receive payment.
